What is Bugsy's Box? 

Bugsy's Box is a monthly box of goodies for dogs. Our subscribers receive a box once a month which features 5 to 7 high quality, hand-picked, items such as dog treats, toys, care items, essentials and more. Bugsy's Box includes full sized items as well as samples from leading brands and smaller boutique brands.

How do I join Bugsy's Box?

Simply click here to choose your plan. Select your dog's size and click "Sign Up". Make sure to enter all of the required details such as your billing and shipping information and confirm your order by clicking "Place My Order".

What payment options are available?

We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

When will I receive my first Bugsy's Box?

Bugsy's Box ships out on the 15th of the month, every month. In order to get a certain month's box, one has to sign up by the 10th of the prior month. For example, if you signed up on December 22nd, you will receive the January 15th box whereas if you signed up on December 8th, you will only receive the December 15th box. Either way, Bugsy promises it'll be worth it.

What if my dog has food sensitivities?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer customized boxes. Keep in mind, in each box there usually is 2 to 4 different treats so chances are he may be allergic to a certain treat, but not all!

Where are the treats made?

All of the treats included in Bugsy's Box are made in USA or Canada. We do not carry any treats from overseas or China. We are all dog-owners here at Bugsy's Box and want to provide only the best for our dogs as well as yours.

How much is shipping?

We currently offer FREE shipping in the United States and Canada.

Can I track my shipment?

We do not automatically send out tracking numbers since all of the orders go out on the 1st of the month like clockwork. You may request your tracking number by emailing info@bugsysbox.com, all shipments have a tracking number associated as well as delivery confirmation.

How much is Bugsy's Box?

Bugsy's Box offers 3 different plans. Our monthly plan is $29 billed once a month, our 3-month plan is $69 billed every 3-months and our 6-month plan is $114 billed every 6-months. The 3-month plan comes down to $23 a month and the 6-month plan comes down to only $19 a month. Shipping is included with all the plans!

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your full plan immediately upon signup. Your plan will automatically renew (unless you decide to cancel prior to renewal) and your renewal billing will occur on the 5th of the month following the last delivery of your current plan.

How do I cancel?

Simply send us an email to info@bugsysbox.com with your full name and we will make sure your subscription does not get renewed.
